The Competitive Strength Report (CSR) methodology was inspired by and based on the research of Dr Vinod Singhal (PhD, MBA) of The Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA, and Kevin Hendricks of The University of Western Ontario, Canada, who studied nearly 600 quality award winners to establish the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM) on financial performance.

Terry Murphy has worked extensively with business process improvements for more than 30 years. His passion with the CSR is to enable as many businesses as possible to access experience & knowledge that helps them achieve excellence achievement recognition awards.

Steve Goodman's expertise and focus have been invaluable in the development of the criteria for our Changability Quotient Test and the Achievement Network CSR process.

Tony Ericson has special skills in design of programme architecture, materials and authorship that have been fundamental to the development of the ChangeWORLD tools, techniques and processes.
